Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has tied the knot with his long-time partner, Chioma Rowland, in a grand white wedding ceremony held in Miami, USA.
The event, held today, August 9, 2025, drew a star-studded guest list, including top Nigerian celebrities, business figures and international friends of the couple.
The celebrations began earlier in the week with a plush pre-wedding party, where guests enjoyed music, fine dining, and luxury décor.
9News Nigeria reports indicate that Davido spent an estimated $3.7 million on the ceremony, which featured opulent floral arrangements, designer outfits and a glittering reception.
In contrast to the understated elegance of Mr Eazi and Temi Otedola’s private wedding in Iceland just a day earlier, Davido and Chioma’s nuptials were a public spectacle.
While Mr Eazi and Temi opted for a quiet exchange of vows at Reykjavík’s Hallgrímskirkja Church, Davido and Chioma embraced the glamour of a destination wedding in one of America’s most vibrant cities.
The couple, who share a long history together, were met with an outpouring of congratulatory messages from fans and well-wishers around the world.
