Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool are among the clubs making big moves in the transfer market. The summer window is open again and Arsenal continue their pursuit of a top-level striker with talks ongoing over Benjamin Sesko and Viktor Gyokeres. The Gunners have been linked with Rodrygo and are now said to be targeting shock moves for Paris Saint-Germain star Warren Zaire-Emery and Leicester midfielder Bilal El Khannouss.
Chelsea are in talks over Jamie Gittens, Joao Pedro, Mohammed Kudus and Malick Fofana as they weigh up whether to go back in for Mike Maignan. The Blues also have interest in Ousmane Diomande and Murillo as they bid to boost their defence.
Liverpool are set to finally announce Florian Wirtz, have booked a medical for Milos Kerkez and are now plotting a move for Marc Guehi. Manchester United are still pushing to sign Bryan Mbeumo and also have interest in Ekitike and Victor Osimhen. Tottenham are targeting Eberechi Eze and Alejandro Garnacho. Arsenal may wait until late in the transfer window to offer for Real Madrid winger Rodrygo as they look to trim down the price tag.
The Gunners have been in talks for the player throughout the summer, but are not willing to match the £70m asking price.
According to reports in The Mirror, they hope Real Madrid’s ‘stance may soften’ as the window drags on, meaning they could wait until the eleventh hour to complete a deal.
Theo Hernandez remains of interest to Al Hilal after negotiations fell through ahead of the Club World Cup.
According to Fabrizio Romano, talks are ongoing this week. The clubs have reached an agreement, but the move is yet to be tied up on the player side.
The move is worth £25.6m with £4.2m in add-ons.
Burnley are set to confirm a deal for Karlsruhe goalkeeper Max Weiß.
A medical is due to take place next week to complete the deal, thought to be worth £4.2m. He will sign a four-year contract.

Should Elliot move for the reported fee, Fulham could earn around £8m.
Brighton have made a £20m offer for Flamengo full-back Wesley França, according to the Daily Telegraph.
Flamengo are willing to sell the player, but will wait until after the Club World Cup to negotiate a deal.
Franca played 82 minutes as Flamengo beat Chelsea 3-1 in Philadelphia.
The player, 21, has been with Flamengo since 2021, since picking up five major honours.
Manchester United have set their asking price for Antony, according to reports in the Manchester Evening News.
The club will look to recoup £32.5m from the £85m they invested in him in 2022.
He is also thought to be willing to take a cut on his £150,000-per-week wages in order to expedite a deal.
He spent the second half of last season on loan at Real Betis, scoring five goals in 17 league appearances as the club reached the final of the UEFA Conference League.
He will return to Old Trafford this summer, but is fully expected to leave the club. Should he fail to find a move before the club flies to the United States for preseason, he will be left to train alone at Carrington.
