Child killer Rick Thorburn has been found dead in his prison cell almost 10 years after murdering foster daughter Tiahleigh Palmer.
Thorburn was jailed for life for killing the 12-year-old in 2015.
Her body was found by fishermen on the bank of a Gold Coast river in November 2015.

Queensland Police Service said a 64-year-old was found dead at Woodford Correctional Facility, north of Brisbane, on Friday.
His death is being scrutinised by the Correctional Services Investigation Unit.
A 2021 inquest into the murder found Thorburn to be "completely without remorse".
Thorburn had given evidence he accidentally killed Tiahleigh.
The coroner found Tiahleigh was likely choked or asphyxiated at the Thorburn family home on October 29.
The inquest was told Thorburn killed Tiahleigh to protect his son, Trent Thorburn, who feared she was pregnant, and who was later charged with incest.
The coroner found the most "probable reason" Thorbun killed his foster daughter was to cover up his son's abuse.
